1. What is INSIDEout Cars & Trucks?

INSIDEout CARS & Trucks is the first and only consumer magazine that concentrates on the driver/passenger experience from the interior of the vehicle.  This is the hottest area of new car development. For decades vehicle manufacturers focused their attention, including financial and people resources, under the hood and on the exterior of the cars and trucks that they built.  The interior, for the most part, was not considered crucially important and, as a result, seats were not extremely comfortable (except in luxury vehicles), safety had to be legislated, and – with the choice of taupe or gray – the inside seemed to be a second thought.

THAT HAS ALL CHANGED.  Today, carmakers recognize that, while performance and exterior design are critical to the consumer, much of the action is on the interior of the vehicle.  INSIDEout Cars & Trucks is a response to that change.

2. Who writes the articles for INSIDEout Cars & Trucks?

INSIDEout is written entirely by published professional automotive writers who write for other publications, as well as ours.  They have all been around the block a few times – even our youngest contributors – and can separate the real information from the PR stuff.  Everything is fact checked and all drive stories are the real deal.  Each issue features short bios of the contributors.  You can contact them directly most of the time if you have questions and comments and they want to hear from you.  Otherwise, you can let us know and we will pass your thoughts along.

3.    How do I subscribe?

When you subscribe, we will send you a confirming email and, from then on, we will notify you by email when each issue is available on line.  Then you can use the link to us or log on to the site and enjoy a great read.

Our digital magazine uses Texterity software – from the same folks who provide the digital version of publications like Sports Illustrated (even the swimsuit issue).  This method is designed to give you the same experience that you would have with a print magazine, only without the paper.  Texterity converts our content to HTML which you can access and utilize with any current web browser.  There are numerous advantages for you including easy links to our advertisers and the ability to keep our back issues and read the ezine anywhere.

When you check out an issue the first time, you will need to go to the site, but once you save it to your computer you can read it any time, anywhere without logging on again.  It will still be in the ezine format.  You can always log back on if you are searching for something, but once you save the issue to your computer you can access it without logging on.
